    so did i. I still remained in shape but not as in shape as this kept me. the only exercise i do on demand now is the ab workouts. other than that, they don’t have anything good. :|

    they actually do both. i did it for 6 weeks last year and they burned off all of the extra fat but shaped my butt too

    The whole butt bible workout is about 6 weeks. So I recommend 1 week each level.
